Center Students
All students deserve a high quality education to set them up for success. I am committed to making sure each student has the support, opportunity, and resources they need to excel. Students should be confident and well prepared as they leave PWSSD ready to pursue whatever comes next.
Support Educators and Staff
The excellent educators and staff in PWSSD are a huge asset to our kids and community. We need to recognize their expertise and make sure their compensation is appropriate to retain the current outstanding educators and staff and recruit the most talented applicants for open positions. We also need to ensure all staff have the resources, tools, and training they need to continue to foster exceptional learning opportunities for all students.
Spend Wisely
Education is a huge investment in the future of our kids and the future of our community. I am committed to making sure we use the funds provided to the district by the hard-working community members wisely. We need to use our budget wisely to capitalize on opportunities that will improve student outcomes and address the needs of the PWSSD.
